I’m Professor Nichole J, a reinvention strategist and adult-learning educator specializing in curriculum design and professional development. With a background in human services and training as a U.S. Navy veteran, I bring structure, clarity, and real-world strategy to every career transition I support.

I developed the R.E.A.L. Consulting™ Framework to give midlife professionals a practical, actionable roadmap for rebuilding their careers. My work focuses on helping women strengthen their leadership identity, elevate their communication, and navigate workplace shifts with confidence and intention.

At the heart of my coaching is a mission: to help women step into rooms they once doubted they belonged in — and own every inch of their expertise once they get there.
